Hi, I'm Laura and I specialise in helping clients harness the power of their potential.
Offering a tailored approach developed over 20 years, based on a blend of professional expertise and personal experience. I have held a number of executive leadership roles, am a mum of two very energetic boys, an entrepreneur and an accredited coach, which gives me a unique perspective on what it takes to overcome hurdles and achieve your goals, whilst maintaining balance.

My story
When I left school, I was really unsure what I wanted to do with my life and after a number of years without any real direction, I took on a temporary role as a purchasing assistant. It was in this role that I first experienced the power of coaching and mentorship, and it was under this guidance and coaching that I was able to secure my first permanent role and my first promotion.
Since then I have steadily progressed in my career, working in a number of different sectors, including 15 years in financial services and big 4 consultancy. For the last 10 years I have held senior leadership roles in big corporate businesses through to small hyper growth scale ups, as Chief of Staff, Director of Transformation and Global Chief Operating Officer, working with CEOs and Boards to help scale and develop businesses through strategy, growth, business planning, people and team development.
Having led multiple organisational changes in large global businesses, I have years of experience in helping individuals and teams to transform, overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Whether that be within the workplace, in a completely new direction or to find a better work life balance, I can help.
My journey has definitely not been plain sailing and I have experienced many ups and downs along the way including being made redundant (more than once), job hunting in a saturated recruitment market, navigating highly political corporate environments, returning to work after becoming a first time mummy, changing career during my second pregnancy, retraining as a coach and starting my own business.
Through all of that I have myself found support through coaching and mentorship and have developed a huge passion for helping others to explore, define and achieve their own goals. My coaching style uses tailored coaching frameworks coupled with my own experiences to help you build confidence through achievable, realistic plans for yourself.
